Task Report
See every task across your organization in one table you can filter and group, and spot which trades, communities, or task types are running late.
Overview
The Tasks Report lists every task across your organization β all trade partners, task types, lots, and communities β in a single table. Use it to filter and group tasks any way you need, so you can track progress, spot trends, and see who is finishing on time and who is running late. Builder admins and project managers use it most.
Filter by trade, task type, lot, community, or date.
Group rows by trade, task type, lot, or community to compare performance.
Check the Timeliness (days) column to see how early or late each task was completed.
Getting to the Tasks Report
Open Reports in the sidebar.
Click Tasks.
Wait for the Loading task data progress bar to reach 100%. The table is ready to use once it disappears.
What the columns mean
Three more columns β Type, Lot, and Community β are hidden by default. Turn them on from the Columns panel on the right side of the table.
How to filter the table
Hover over a column header and click its menu icon.
Choose your filter. Abbrev, Trade, Type, Lot, and Community let you tick the values you want to keep; Task lets you search by name; Startable, Due, and Completed let you pick a date range.
The table updates to show only matching rows.
How to group the table
Drag the Trade column header into the grouping bar above the column headers.
To group by Type, Lot, or Community, first turn the column on from the Columns panel, then drag its header into the grouping bar.
Click a group row to expand it. Each group row shows the average Timeliness (days) for the tasks inside it.
How to open a task
Click any task row.
The task opens in a drawer where you can review its details.
