Overdue Schedule Tasks Leaderboard
See which employees have the fewest overdue schedule tasks across their active lots — lower is better.
Overview
The Overdue Schedule Tasks Leaderboard ranks employees by how many overdue schedule tasks sit across their active assigned lots. Unlike most TPTM leaderboards, a lower number is better here — the goal is zero. Managers use it to see who is staying current on schedule-critical work, who is falling behind, and which lots are driving an employee's count.
How rankings are determined
A schedule task counts as overdue when its due date is before today and it has not been marked complete. "Today" is based on your builder's configured time zone, so everyone viewing the leaderboard sees the same counts at the same moment.
Independent of walk status: A task can be overdue whether or not its lot has been walked yet today. Because of this, the leaderboard doesn't reset to zero every morning before walkthroughs happen — a task that's overdue stays overdue until it's completed or its due date is pushed out.
Active lot definition: Only active lots count — the same rule used across leaderboards: not archived, has scheduled work already startable as of today, and not currently on hold.
Ranking order: Employees are sorted by overdue-task count, fewest first. Employees with the same count are tied — they're listed alphabetically and the rank number is shown once for the group. Employees with zero overdue tasks are still ranked — zero is the best possible outcome, not "no data."
Who is ranked: Any employee assigned to at least one active lot in the current builder. Employees with no active lots assigned don't appear.
What you'll see
The table has three columns:
Employee — shown as last name, first name.
Overdue Tasks — the employee's total overdue schedule-task count, color-coded red when greater than zero and green at zero. On desktop, click the column header to re-sort (fewest first is the default).
Active Lots — the number of active lots currently assigned to that employee.
On mobile, each row collapses into a single line with the name and the overdue / active-lot pairing.
Click anywhere in a row to open a drawer titled Overdue Schedule Tasks - (employee name) with a per-community breakdown of that employee's active lots, each showing its own overdue-task count with the same red/green color coding. Tap any lot inside the drawer to go straight to that lot's page.
