Trade Partner Portal

Learn how to access and use the Trade Partner Portal to view reports, contacts, and trade performance metrics.

What is the Trade Partner Portal?

The Trade Partner Portal gives trade partners a dedicated page to view report links, contact assignments, and trade performance metrics — all in one place. Builders can share a direct link with their trade partners so they can stay informed without needing full access to TPTM.

Bookmark it! Your portal link never changes and always shows the most up-to-date information. Save it as a bookmark for quick access anytime, or share it with your team.

How to Access the Portal

There are two ways trade partners receive their portal link:

  • Automatic daily emails — When you have active items, TPTM will regularly email you a link to your portal along with your daily reports.

  • Shared by your builder — Your builder can also send you the portal link directly at any time.

Simply click the link to view your portal — no TPTM login is required.

What You'll See on the Portal

The portal is organized into three sections:

  1. Reports

  2. Contacts

  3. Trade Performance

Reports

The Reports section provides quick links to key reports for your trade partner. The available reports are:

  • Schedule Calendar — View your scheduled tasks on a calendar.

  • Task List — A full list of all your tasks, with options to filter by All, Tasks only, or Schedule only.

  • Tasks by Lot — See your tasks organized by lot, with the same filter options as the Task List.

Each report link opens in a new browser tab.

If your trade partner account has multiple trades assigned, a Filter by Trade dropdown will appear at the top of the Reports section. Use it to view reports for All Trades or select a specific trade to narrow the results.

Contacts

The Contacts section lists all contacts associated with your trade partner account. On desktop, contacts appear in a sortable table with the following columns:

  • Name — The contact's full name. Primary contacts are indicated with a Primary badge.

  • Email — A clickable email address.

  • Phone — A clickable phone number.

  • Trades — The trades assigned to that contact, shown as a comma-separated list. You can filter by trade using the column filter.

On mobile devices, contacts display as individual cards for easier viewing.

If no contacts are assigned, you'll see the message "No contacts assigned".

Trade Performance

The Trade Performance section shows your average task completion timing over three rolling windows: 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days. Each card displays a summary of how early or late tasks were completed on average.

The performance value is color-coded based on the average drift:

  • Green — Tasks completed early or on time (e.g., "2.3 days early" or "0.0 days on time").

  • Orange — Tasks completed up to 5 days late (e.g., "3.1 days late").

  • Red — Tasks completed more than 5 days late (e.g., "8.4 days late").

Below the main value, a description reads: "Tasks completed X days early/on time/late on average in the last N days."

Each card also shows a "Last updated" date so you know how current the data is.

If performance metrics haven't been calculated yet, you'll see a message: "Performance metrics are not yet available for this trade partner."

Special Portal States

  • Trade Partner Not Found — If the portal link is invalid or the trade partner doesn't exist, you'll see a "Trade Partner Not Found" message.

  • Portal No Longer Active — If the trade partner has been archived by the builder, the portal will display a "Portal No Longer Active" message.
