New Tasks Created Leaderboard
See which employees are creating the most new tasks across their active assigned lots on a given day.
Overview
The New Tasks Created Leaderboard ranks employees by the number of new tasks they generated across their active assigned lots on a given calendar day. It surfaces who is putting work into the system that day, making it easy to spot daily activity at a glance and compare contributions across the team.
How rankings are determined
- Who is ranked. Members of the current builder who own at least one active assigned lot for the selected day.
- What counts as a new task. Any item with a type of
taskorinspectionwhose creation timestamp falls inside the selected calendar day (UTC). Other task types are excluded. - Which lots are included. Only lots that are not archived, that have started a schedule task, and that are not on an active hold for the selected day. The active-lot rule is evaluated as of the viewed date, so historical leaderboards reflect what was active back then — not what is active right now.
- Tally and tie-breaking. Each employee's count is the sum of qualifying tasks across their active lots for the day. Employees with the same count share the same rank.
What you'll see
- Date selector. A date picker (with weekends and future dates disabled) controls which day is displayed. The URL always reflects the selected date, so leaderboards can be shared or bookmarked. Past, fully-elapsed days are cached for 24 hours; today's view refreshes within seconds as new tasks come in.
- Columns.
- Employee — the team member's name.
- New Tasks — the total count of qualifying tasks created that day, shown as a colored badge.
- Lots with New Tasks — how many of the employee's active lots received at least one new task that day, formatted as
X of Yagainst their total active lot count.
- Sort order. Rows are pre-sorted on the server so the highest contributors appear at the top.
- Drill-down. Clicking any row opens a side drawer that breaks the employee's day down by community and then by lot, with a per-lot task-count badge. Clicking a lot inside the drawer navigates to that lot.
Tips
- Use the date selector to step back through earlier weekdays to compare today's pace against a typical day for the same employee.
- A high New Tasks count paired with a low Lots with New Tasks number means the activity is concentrated on a few lots — useful for spotting punch lists or inspection sweeps versus broad daily upkeep.
- If an employee you expect to see is missing, they likely have no active assigned lots for that day. Check their lot assignments and hold status before assuming low activity.
