Schedule Calendar Report
Read your Schedule Calendar: one row per lot, one column per work day, and a colour for each of your task types.
Overview
The Schedule Calendar is a wall-calendar view of your upcoming work. It lists every lot you have scheduled work on, so you can see the whole run of a week in one look and spot two jobs landing on the same day. It opens from the Reports section of your Trade Partner Portal, and your builder can send you a direct link to it. No sign-in is needed.
How to read the calendar
Each row is a lot. Lots are sorted so the one you're needed on soonest is at the top.
Each column is a work day, grouped into weeks (M, Tu, W, Th, F).
Each cell shows a short abbreviation for the task scheduled that day. A + after the abbreviation means more than one task falls on that day.
💡 Tip: The calendar also shows other trades' tasks on the same lots. That's on purpose — it's the work happening around you, so you can see what has to finish before you go out.
What the colours mean
Your tasks are the coloured ones. Anything left plain belongs to another trade partner and is only there for context.
Each of your task types gets its own colour. If you have Rough Plumbing, Top Out and Trim Out on this report, you'll see three colours — one for each. Every Rough Plumbing cell is the same colour, on every lot and in every week, so you can scan down the page and pick out one kind of job at a glance.
There is no printed key. To find out which colour is which, hover over a day cell — on a phone, press and hold it. A small panel lists the tasks on that day, and each of your tasks is tinted in its own colour, so the panel doubles as your key.
ℹ️ Note: The colours are only labels, not a status. A colour doesn't mean urgent, late, or approved — it just tells you which of your task types you're looking at.
Seeing the detail for a day
Hover over any day cell that has an abbreviation in it. On a phone, press and hold the cell.
The panel lists each task for that day, with its full name — for example RP - Rough Plumbing.
Tasks are grouped under Critical Path and Sub Path. Critical path work is what the rest of the build is waiting on.
A task already finished is marked (Completed). If the lot is on hold, a Lot Hold section shows the dates it's paused for.
