On Site List
Scan the QR code posted at a lot to see that lot's open tasks by trade, the plan files, and who to call — in English or Spanish, with no sign-in.
Overview
TPTM makes it easy for workers to go to any lot and know exactly what they need to do. Instead of handing out a list for each lot, your builder posts a QR code at the lot. Anyone on your crew can scan it with their phone to see the open tasks for that lot, grouped by trade, along with the plan files and the project manager's phone number. The list is always current, so your workers are always working from the latest tasks. No sign-in is needed.
How to see a lot's tasks on site
Find the QR code your builder posted at the lot.
Scan it with your phone's camera and open the link.
The lot's page opens with the lot name and community at the top. If it isn't in your language, pick English or Español from the language selector.
Under Tasks, tap your trade to expand it and see each task's description and location.
What's on the page
Plan Files — a card that opens the builder's plan files for this lot and shows the plan number. It only appears when the builder has linked plans to the lot.
Project manager — the name of the builder's project manager for this lot, with tap-to-call and tap-to-email links.
Tasks — the lot's open tasks and inspections, grouped by trade. Each group shows the trade name and how many tasks it has.
Status legend — explains the colors on each task: Overdue, Pending, Startable, Active, Upcoming, and Inspection.
