Task Report

This report lets you view and analyze task-related information and statistics for tasks across all trade partners, types, and communities. This powerful table makes it easy to configure the reporting you need to track progress, identify trends, and monitor performance.

ℹ️ Note

All your company's tasks need to load before the table can be used. This will take longer as the data grows. There will be future improvements to reduce loading time.

Timeliness column​

The timeliness column shows the number of days between when a task should have been completed (due date) and when it was actually completed. The color of the number indicates how timely the task was completed. The color coding is as follows:

  • Green: The task was early.

  • Blue: The task was on time.

  • Red: The task was late.

A red -2 indicates that the task was completed two days late.

Example Use Cases​

Here are some examples of how you can use the Tasks Report:

  • Trade Partner Performance: Identify trade partners who consistently complete tasks late. You can further group tasks under a trade by community, lot, and/or type to identify patterns.

  • Community Performance: Identify communities that have a high number of late tasks.

  • Task Type Performance: Identify tasks that are consistently completed late.
