Track performance across trade partners and your team using TPTM's leaderboards.
Overview
Leaderboards in TPTM rank performance across the people and partners who keep construction moving. Each leaderboard focuses on a single dimension — schedule drift, task coverage, lots walked, tasks created, build speed, photo capture, or overdue schedule tasks — so managers can quickly see who is excelling and where to focus coaching. Some leaderboards show a single day, others use a rolling window, and most let you click a row to open a drawer that shows the lots behind each ranking.
Available leaderboards
Trade Grade Leaderboard — Ranks trade partners using their 30-, 60-, and 90-day schedule drift.
Walked Lots Leaderboard — Ranks employees by the lots they walked on a given day.
Lots with Tasks Leaderboard — Highlights employees by the percentage of their lots that still have incomplete tasks.
New Tasks Created Leaderboard — Ranks employees by tasks they created on a given day.
Average Build Time Leaderboard — Ranks project managers by average build days and how they compare to each lot's schedule target, across their active lots over the last 120 days.
Progress Photo Leaderboard — Ranks employees by the share of their lots that have up-to-date progress photos.
Overdue Schedule Tasks Leaderboard — Ranks employees by how many overdue schedule tasks sit on their active lots. Lower is better.

All leaderboards live under the Leaderboards section of the TPTM sidebar. Each page has a Learn more link next to the page title that opens the article for that specific leaderboard.
