Work Orders Created Leaderboard
See which Construction Managers have the most work orders created on their lots over the last 30, 60 or 90 days, or dates you choose.
Overview
The Work Orders Created Leaderboard ranks your Construction Managers by how many work orders were created on their lots in a date range you pick. Managers use it to see where extra-cost work is landing and which lots are driving it. A lot's Construction Manager is the person picked in the Project Manager field when you edit the lot.
Getting to the leaderboard
In the sidebar, open Leaderboards.
Click Work Orders Created, right below New Tasks Created.
The page opens on the last 60 days. The line under the title shows the exact dates, for example "Work orders created May 24 – Jul 22, 2026, by Construction Manager."
How to change the date range
At the top of the page, click 30 days, 60 days or 90 days.
To pick your own dates, click Custom, then choose a From date and a To date.
The table reloads for the new range. Both the From and To days are included.
How to read the leaderboard
Each row shows a rank, the Construction Manager (last name first) and their Work Orders count.
The highest count is at the top. People with the same count share a rank. Construction Managers with no work orders in the range are listed at the bottom with 0, in order of last name.
