Managing Holds

Existing holds are listed with their date range and reason. For each hold, you can:

  • Delete — remove the hold (requires confirmation).

An active hold (no end date or end date in the future) triggers an alert banner at the top of the lot page showing the hold start date and reason.

Lot Timeline

Click the Timeline button to open the lot activity drawer. The timeline shows a reverse-chronological history of everything that has happened on the lot:

  • Stage progressions — when the lot moved between construction stages

  • Tasks — task creation, completion, and status changes

  • Schedule changes — adjustments to the projected close date

  • Schedule holds — when holds were placed or lifted

  • Photos — lot photos with timestamps

You can also access the timeline by clicking the Stage link in the lot summary.

Active Alerts

The lot page may show alert banners at the top when action is needed:

  • Active Hold Alert — appears when the lot has a schedule hold in effect, showing the hold start date and reason.

  • Missing Stage Activity Note — appears if a schedule activity is missing a note and prompts you to add one.
