Getting Started

What TPTM does for you as a trade partner, how you get your links, and where to find your daily reports, portal, lot task lists, and work orders.

Overview

TPTM is the tool your builder uses to schedule and track work on their lots. As a trade partner, you don't need an account or a password. The builder sends you links, and those links show you the work assigned to your company, when it's due, and how your finished work has been landing against the dates you were given — across every lot and community you work on.

How you get access

Everything you see in TPTM is reached through a link, not a login.

  1. Your builder adds your company and your contacts to TPTM.

  2. Once you have unfinished work on an active lot, TPTM sends your contacts a Daily Trade Partner Report email, and a text message if a phone number is on file. Both carry a link to your Trade Partner Portal.

  3. Your builder can also send you your portal link directly at any time.

  4. Open the link. There is nothing to sign in to — anyone with the link can see the page.

Bookmark your portal link. It never changes and always shows the most up-to-date information.

What you can do

  • Trade Partner Portal — your home page with the builder: open work, due-today and overdue counts, your on-time performance, report links, plans, and who to call.

  • Daily Reports — the daily email and text that tell you a report is ready, and the reports you can open from the portal: a schedule calendar, a task list, and tasks grouped by lot.

  • On Site List — scan the QR code posted at a lot to see the open tasks for that lot, in English or Spanish.

  • Work Orders — what a work order means for you, how you find out about one, and what the statuses mean.
