Work Orders

Work orders can be used to track unplanned work necessary to repair or maintain the lot that incur a cost. These costs can optionally be assigned to trade partners as a backcharge trade.

Automated Emails​

Automated emails can be configured in Alert Settings. Alert examples include

• Notify trade partner and back charge trade of new work orders

• Alerts for work orders that exceed a certain cost

• Notify purchasing department when a work order is ready to be paid
