Trade Partner Portal

Learn how to access and use the Trade Partner Portal to view performance grades, contacts, and reports.

⚠️ Beta Feature

The Trade Partner Portal is currently in beta. Features and functionality may change as we continue to improve the experience. If you encounter any issues or have feedback, please reach out to your builder contact or the TPTM team.

What is the Trade Partner Portal?

The Trade Partner Portal gives trade partners a dedicated page to view their performance metrics, contact assignments, and links to key reports — all in one place. Builders can share a direct link with their trade partners so they can stay informed without needing full access to TPTM.

For Builders: How to Share the Portal Link

Each trade partner in TPTM has a unique portal page. To find and share the link:

  1. Navigate to Trade Partners from the left sidebar in TPTM.

  2. Click on the trade partner you want to share the portal with to open their details page.

  3. Click the "View Portal" button in the top-right corner of the page. This will open the trade partner's portal in a new tab.

  4. Copy the URL from your browser's address bar and send it to your trade partner via email or your preferred communication channel.

Tip: You can bookmark or save the portal links for your most active trade partners so you can share them quickly when needed.

How to Access the Portal

If you're a trade partner, your builder will provide you with a direct link to your portal. Simply click the link your builder sends you to view your portal.

What You'll See on the Portal

Trade Performance Grades

At the top of the portal, you'll find your performance grades for the last 30, 60, and 90 days. These grades are based on schedule adherence — specifically, the average number of days tasks are completed behind schedule (drift).

  • Green — Excellent performance (low drift)

  • Yellow — Acceptable performance (moderate drift)

  • Red — Needs attention (high drift)

A warning badge will appear if drift reaches 20 days or more. If metrics haven't been calculated yet, you'll see a message letting you know they aren't available.

Overview Statistics

Below the grades, you'll find a quick overview including:

  • Active Tasks — The number of tasks currently assigned to you

  • Communities Served — How many communities you're working in

  • Primary Contact — Your designated primary contact

  • Assigned Trades — The trades associated with your company

Reports & Resources

The portal provides quick links to key reports:

  • Schedule Calendar — View your scheduled tasks on a calendar

  • Tasks by Lot — See your tasks organized by lot

  • Task List — A full list of all your tasks

  • Trade-Specific Reports — If you have multiple trades, you can access individual trade reports through an expandable section

Contact Assignments

At the bottom of the portal, a table lists all contacts associated with your trade partner account, including:

  • Name (with a "Primary" badge for the primary contact)

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Assigned trades

On mobile devices, the table automatically adjusts to a single-column layout for easier viewing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get my portal link?

Your builder will share your portal link with you directly. If you haven't received one, contact your builder and ask them to provide your Trade Partner Portal URL.

How often are performance grades updated?

Performance grades are recalculated regularly based on your task completion data. The "Last Updated" date is displayed alongside your grades so you know how current the data is.

Why do I see "Metrics not available"?

If your trade partner account is new or doesn't have enough task history yet, performance metrics may not be available. They will appear once enough data has been collected.

Can I update my contact information from the portal?

The portal is currently view-only. To update contact information, please reach out to your builder so they can make changes in TPTM.
