Usage Report

Track lot counts and estimated costs by quarter, brand, and community to monitor usage and cost exposure.

Overview

The Usage page shows how many lots have been created in a given quarter and the estimated costs, broken down by brand and community. Use it to track creation activity and cost exposure across your organization.

  • View usage for any quarter using the quarter selector.

  • Summary cards display key metrics — total lots created and estimated cost — for the selected quarter.

  • The table groups lots by brand and community so you can see exactly where activity is happening.

ℹ️ Note: The Usage page is available to all authenticated members — no special permission is required.

Getting to the Usage Page

  1. Open the Admin section from the sidebar navigation.

  2. Click Usage.

  3. Select the desired quarter from the dropdown to view that period's data.

Quarter Selection

  • Use the Select quarter dropdown in the page header to change the reporting period.

  • The dropdown lists all available quarters, starting from the earliest quarter in which a lot was created through the current quarter.

  • Your selection is saved in the URL (for example, ?quarter=2025Q3), so you can share or bookmark a link to a specific quarter.

  • If no quarter is specified, the page defaults to the current quarter.

Summary Cards

Two summary cards appear at the top of the page, providing an at-a-glance view of the selected quarter:

Card

Description

Lots Created

The total number of lots created during the selected quarter across all brands and communities.

Cost

The estimated cost for all lots created during the selected quarter, based on your organization's subscription terms.

Each card includes a tooltip icon you can hover over for more information about the metric.

ℹ️ Note: The cost shown is an estimate for planning purposes. Your contract and invoices remain the source of truth for billing.

Usage Table

The table provides a detailed breakdown of lot creation grouped by brand and community.

Column

Description

Location

A grouped column showing brands as the top-level expandable rows, communities nested underneath, and individual lot names at the leaf level.

Lots Created

The count of lots created within that brand or community group during the selected quarter. Shown on group rows only.

Cost

The estimated cost for that group's lot count. Displayed in dollar format.

Date Created

For individual lots, the date the lot was created (MM/DD/YYYY). Not shown on group rows.

Table Interactions

  • Click a brand or community row to expand or collapse its children.

  • Brand rows are expanded by default so you can immediately see community-level totals.

  • Sorting, column menus, and right-click context menus are disabled to maintain a consistent view.
