Trade Partner Schedule Calendar Columns

Choose which lot details appear on the schedule calendar report trade partners open without signing in, and which trade partners see them.

Overview

The Schedule Calendar report shows a trade partner every lot they have upcoming work on, laid out week by week. On Settings β†’ Reports you can add up to six extra lot details to that report β€” dates like the projected close, or who the project manager is β€” and choose exactly which trade partners see them.

All six details start off, and no trade partner is picked to begin with. Builder admins turn on the details they want and choose who gets them.

⚠️ This report opens without signing in. Anyone holding the link for a trade partner you have picked sees whatever you turn on, so treat this as a sharing decision rather than a display preference. Target Close, Target Quarter and Project Manager are details most builders keep in-house. You can take a link back later: archiving a trade partner stops their link from working, and removing them from the Trade partners list leaves them the plain schedule calendar with no extra details on it.

Getting to the report settings

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar navigation.

  2. Click Reports. It sits between Notifications and Stages.

  3. Everything below is on the Trade Partner Schedule Calendar card on that page.

How to choose the details and who sees them

  1. Check the details you want to add, and uncheck any you want to hide.

  2. Under Trade partners, pick each trade partner who should see them. Click Select all to add every trade partner you have right now.

  3. Turn on Automatically apply to new trade partners if every trade partner you create from now on should be added to that list too.

  4. Click Save at the top of the page.

A detail appears on a trade partner's report only when you have checked it and picked that trade partner. If either one is missing, their report looks exactly as it did before, with no extra columns at all.

What each detail shows

Column

What the trade partner sees

Actual Start

The earliest start date across the lot's schedule tasks.

Projected Close

The latest due date across the lot's schedule tasks.

Target Close

The lot's target close date. It shows red when the projected close has already slipped past it, and amber when the projected close is within 15 working days of it.

Target Quarter

The lot's target quarter, such as Y26 Q3. It shows red when the lot is running late against that quarter and green when it's running early. Hovering over it shows the quarter the lot is currently projected to close in.

Build Days

The buildable days from the actual start to the projected close, with hold time taken out. This counts across the lot's whole build window, so it can differ from the Build Days shown on the Trade Partner Timeline. See Build Days.

Project Manager

The project manager's last name only β€” no first name, email address, or phone number.

Where the columns appear

On the report, the columns sit between the lot name and the weekly calendar. They always appear in the order listed above, whatever order you checked them in. Turning one off simply removes it and leaves the others where they were.

Every detail you turn on appears at any screen size. On a wide screen the columns stay fixed beside the lot name while the weeks scroll past them. When a trade partner's window or phone is too narrow to hold them still alongside a usable calendar, they scroll sideways with the weeks instead β€” still there, still in the same order, just reached by scrolling across. The lot name stays fixed at every size.

Trade partners open this report from the Schedule Calendar card in their Trade Partner Portal. You can open the same report yourself from a trade partner's detail page, under Reports.
