Lot Schedule Holds

Record paused construction with lot schedule holds.

Overview

Lot schedule holds allow builders to track when construction has paused on a lot. These holds are reflected on the lot details page, the schedule timeline, the lot stage report, and in build duration calculations.

Managing Lot Holds

To create, edit, or delete a lot hold,

  1. Go to a lot details page

  2. Click on View Holds in the upper right

  3. Use the side panel to create, edit, or delete holds.

ℹ️ You can only have one active hold at a time.

Affected Reports & Calculations

The following reports and calculations are affected when there’s a lot hold.

  • Lot details page: Shows an alert that there is an active lot hold

  • Lot activity timeline: Shows when hold start and end with the duration of and reason for the hold.

  • Schedule Timeline: Highlights lot hold days in yellow.

  • Lot Stage Report: Highlights weeks with a lot hold in grey.

  • Build duration: Does not count lot hold days in the build time. If there is not end date (perpetual hold), then the build time is not available.
