New Tasks Created Leaderboard
See which employees are creating the most new tasks across their active assigned lots on a given day.
Overview
The New Tasks Created Leaderboard ranks employees by how many new tasks and inspections were created on their active assigned lots on a given day. Managers use it to see daily activity at a glance and compare who is putting work into the system across the team.
How rankings are determined
Who is ranked. Employees of your builder who have at least one active assigned lot on the selected day. An employee with active lots but no new tasks still appears, with a count of 0.
What counts as a new task. Any item of type task or inspection created during the selected calendar day. Other kinds of items are not counted.
Which lots are included. Only lots that are not archived, whose schedule has started, and that are not on hold on the selected day. This is judged as of the day you're viewing, so a past day's leaderboard reflects what was active back then — not what is active right now.
Tally and ties. Each employee's count is the total of qualifying tasks across their active lots for the day. Employees with the same count share the same rank.
What you'll see
Date selector. A date picker next to the page title (below it on mobile) controls which day is displayed. Weekends and future dates can't be selected. The page's web address always includes the selected date, so you can bookmark or share it.
Each row shows:
Employee — the team member's name.
New Tasks — the total count of qualifying tasks created that day, shown as a badge: green when above zero, red at zero.
Lots with New Tasks — how many of the employee's active lots received at least one new task that day, shown as "X of Y" against their total active lot count.
Order. The highest counts appear at the top.
Drill-down. Clicking any row opens a drawer titled New Tasks Created - (employee name) that breaks the day down by community and then by lot, with a task-count badge per lot. Tap a lot inside the drawer to go to that lot's page.
